Visit San Francisco
San Francisco is a hilly city on the tip of a peninsula surrounded by the Pacific Ocean and San Francisco Bay. The city is known for its year-round fog, iconic Golden Gate Bridge, cable cars and colorful Victorian houses. The Financial District’s Transamerica Pyramid is its most distinctive skyscraper. In the bay sits Alcatraz Island, site of the notorious former prison.
Fall is probably the best time to visit this beautiful city. This is when the fog disappears and the rains season hasn’t begun.
Golden Gate Bridge
Golden gate is obviously a must see when you are in town. You can observe stunning views of the city and Golden Gate bridge from Marin county side and also from the city itself.
One of my favorite places to go to when I am in the city is Lands End park. It provides waterfront hiking through wildflowers, with shipwreck views & access to the Sutro Baths ruins and beautiful views of Golden Gate bridge.

Palace of Fine Arts
The Palace of Fine Arts in the Marina District of San Francisco, California, is a monumental structure originally constructed for the 1915 Panama-Pacific Exposition in order to exhibit works of art presented there. In addition to hosting art exhibitions, it remains a popular attraction for tourists and locals and is a favorite location for weddings and wedding party photographs for couples throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and such an icon that a miniature replica of it was built in Disney’s California Adventure in Anaheim
City Views
Beautiful views of the city pretty much any where you go. It is not always warm in the city. So when visiting San Francisco, don’t forget to bring your jacket!
Boat Rides
There is also an option to explore on the boat. You can take a tour to Alcatraz, Angel Island, Sausalito or simply enjoy the city views from the water.
Union Square
During the Christmas season, you will have lots of fun skating on the Union Square, taking pictures of the Christmas tree and of course doing some holiday shopping if desired.
